Willowwood Lodge
From Charleston, WV:
Take I64-E / I-77 S towards Beckley.
Continue on I64E towards Lewisburg.
Take Exit 139 Sandstone / Hinton.
Turn Left on Rt. 20 towards Sandstone / Hinton.
Road will wind around back and forth with the New River on your Right. You will come through the town of Hinton, one way, with the New river on your Right.
The road will veer Left and come to the first stoplight.
Turn Right at the stoplight and continue on Rt. 20 across the bridge.
Turn Left at the stop sign onto Rt. 20 / Rt 3. You will pass Dairy Queen and Kirk's Restaurant on your Left.
Turn Left across the next bridge and go back across the New River on Route 3. Bluestone Dam will be to your Right.
After crossing the river, keep RIGHT on Rt. 3 / Rt. 12. DO NOT cross the second bridge to your Left. You should be passing the Exxon station on your Right. The Greenbrier river will be on your Left.
Continue about 5 miles on Rt. 3 until you come to a weird dog-leg like intersection at the Willowwood Bridge. DO NOT cross the bridge. Continue straight on Rt. 12.
After about one mile, you will see the stone and wrought iron gate on your left in the bend of a curve.
Come on in!!
Turn Right at the stoplight and continue on Rt. 20 across the bridge.
Turn Left at the stop sign onto Rt. 20 / Rt 3. You will pass Dairy Queen and Kirk's Restaurant on your Left.
After crossing the river, keep RIGHT on Rt. 3 / Rt. 12. DO NOT cross the second bridge to your Left.
