Check-in after 3pm on day of arrival.
Check-out before 11 am on day of departure.
Please remove all food items.
Please load and start dishwasher or wash and dry dishes prior to leaving.
Please place all used towels in the bathtubs.
Leave beds unmade, no need to strip linens.
Please return all recreational items to their respective places.
Please collect trash and place in trash bin located in covered area at outdoor shed.
Renters agree that any use of recreational items or any recreational activities enjoyed during the stay comes with inherent risk and that Willowwood Properties and owners may not be held liable for any injury sustained during the length of stay or resulting from any activity during the stay.
Renters will be responsible for repair of damage to or replacement of damaged or lost items including but not limited to household items, recreational items including kayaks, paddle boards, or other water crafts, paddles, fishing poles, tack, water shoes, etc. The value of such items will be determined by Willowwood Properties and owners.
Please note the maximum number of guests is 15. Additional persons may be approved on a case by case basis at a minimum charge of $25 per night per additional person.
Large parties and gatherings are not permitted. If you are interested in hosting a larger event at the property, please contact us for event pricing.
Pets are not permitted on property.
